Ingredient:
- 1 Box of Alligator Gar Fish Cake
- White Sticky Rice Bowl
- Dill, Chili, Pepper, Cooking Oil, Salt
Perform:
1. Dill, remove roots and chop finely with chili.2. Put the fish in a bowl, season with dill and chili.

3. Shape the sticky rice into small, bite-sized pieces, then roll the mixed fish cake into balls and place on top of the sticky rice.
4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish cakes for about 6 minutes or until golden brown, then remove to a plate.
