How to Make Crispy, Delicious Fish Cake Rice

Crispy rice with fish cake is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that doesn't take much time. The crispy rice underneath blends with the layer of fish cake on top, making it chewy, crispy and delicious like nothing else.


The sweet, chewy taste of ALLIGATOR GAR fish , the spiciness of pepper and chili, and a little bit of the aroma of dill mixed with the crispy rice layer underneath is truly appealing for a weekend family meal.

Perform:

1. Dill, remove roots and chop finely with chili.
2. Put the fish in a bowl, season with dill and chili.
    3. Shape the sticky rice into small, bite-sized pieces, then roll the mixed fish cake into balls and place on top of the sticky rice.

    4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the fish cakes for about 6 minutes or until golden brown, then remove to a plate.
